As a Senior Vice President, Investments, with over thirteen years of experience, Still Hunter, III has focused exclusively on Institutional Multi-family Investment Advisory and Brokerage Services in Southeast Florida. With a client centric focus, Mr. Hunter is known for his extensive market knowledge combined with a detailed and thorough approach to each transaction.

Mr. Hunter is a top-producing broker. He is recognized within the firm as well as locally and nationally. He has received the Chairman's Circle of Excellence Award, two consecutive years of Chairman's Club Awards, eight consecutive years of National Achievement Awards and ten consecutive years of Sales Recognition Awards.

As Senior Director of the National Multi Housing Group, Mr. Hunter currently ranks within the top two percent of all investment professionals within the firm nationwide. He has been recognized for his achievements in publications such as Real Estate Forum, The South Florida Business Journal, The Miami Herald, and The Wall Street Journal. Mr. Hunter together with Evan P. Kristol have completed more than $6 billion in multi-family sales.

Mr. Hunter is a graduate of Rhodes College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Spanish, in which he is fluent. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, diving, spear-fishing, racing and other sporting events, especially University of Alabama football, as well as traveling and spending time with friends and family.

EVAN P. KRISTOL

With over twenty years of advising owners and investors, Evan P. Kristol is a leader in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout the state of Florida and nationally. His long-term relationships with a diverse group of private and institutional clients and his impeccable attention to detail have elevated him to one of the top agents for all investment professionals in the firm's history. Through Mr. Kristol's unparalleled market knowledge, focus and work ethic, he generates the highest possible results for his clients.

Mr. Kristol began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 1991 and has received many sales awards. His honors include the prestigious Chairman's Club, exclusive Chairman's Circle of Excellence and numerous National Achievement Awards. He has also attended industry events as a guest speaker and has been an expert witness on the Florida Real Estate Market in the State, Federal and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. His expertise and analysis of the Florida multifamily market is regularly cited by leading national, regional, metropolitan, and trade publications and organizations.

Mr. Kristol is a Senior Director of the National Multi Housing Group and a member of the Institutional Property Advisors group. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Anthropology. His interests include traveling, fishing and spending time with his wife and three boys.

    

Felipe J. Echarte, Jr.

Vice President, Investments

Felipe J. Echarte, Jr. serves as Vice President, Investments, specializing in the multi-family market for eleven years. Focusing on multi-family properties in South Florida, he has transacted more than $200 million in sales. Mr. Echarte's expertise in investment strategies; analyzing investment scenarios; marketing properties; and locating investment opportunities has garnered him strong relationships with private and institutional investors. His results driven disposition leads to client retention and extensive referrals.

As a Director in the National Multi Housing Group, Mr. Echarte has been awarded one National Achievement Award, one Gold Sales Achievement Award and three Sales Recognition Awards. Mr. Echarte heads the Hunter Kristol Group's Dade County Division.

Mr. Echarte is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration on Finance and Economics. He is married, has two boys and enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.

    

Alejandro Gonzalez

Associate

Alejandro Gonzalez is an Associate specializing in the multi-family market in South Florida. Mr. Gonzalez graduated in Venezuela with a BSBA with a major in Logistics in 2005 and from the University of Florida with a Master of Science in Real Estate in 2011. Mr. Gonzalez offers a culturally diverse perspective, providing a fundamental advantage in a heterogeneous market. His ability to relate to international clients while providing expert analytics is an asset to his growing client base. Mr. Gonzalez focuses on the Miami Beach area, offering clients an unbiased consulting and investing service specifically to international investors looking to deploy capital. His client network is currently expanding throughout Latin America starting with Venezuela and Panama.

Mr. Gonzalez was nominated for the 2010 Outstanding International Student Award and is fluent in English and Spanish. His interests include spending time with family and friends, golf, surfing and exercising.

    

Vanessa Serna

Operations Manager

Vanessa oversees and manages all fiscal and administrative support, human resources management and office services. Other duties include budgeting, purchasing, mail, bookkeeping, equipment maintenance, facilities and other related functions. She establishes, implements, and enforces office policies and procedures and sets workflow priorities. In addition, Mrs. Serna coordinates appointments and arranges business travel. Vanessa holds a Bachelors of Arts in English from Florida International University. She is a licensed Florida real estate salesperson and a notary public.

    

JULIE CARSON

Transaction Coordinator

Julie A. Carson joined the Hunter-Kristol Team in 2013, and brings with her more than 25 years of real estate investment and transactional experience in the multifamily and retail markets. Her primary responsibilities include managing the due diligence process and closing transactions for listed properties. In addition, Ms. Carson schedules property showings; coordinates site inspections for prospective purchasers; tracks critical contract dates; organizes and delivers due diligence materials; verifies escrow deposits; removes contingencies; and distributes final closing documents.

Ms. Carson is a Suma Cum Laude graduate of Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and she located to South Florida from Nashville, Tennessee in 2001. Julie was re-elected to the Wilton Manors City Commission in November of 2012, and she currently serves as Vice Mayor of the City of Wilton Manors. She is a competitive triathlete; enjoys horseback riding; cycling; and spending time with her family (including her pet children).

    

ADAM KRISTOL

Financial Analyst

Mr. Kristol is a real estate investment professional with over 20 years of experience. His diverse background includes real estate advisory services, underwriting, asset management, and brokerage. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and earned an MBA from Columbia University. He is formerly a senior associate with Arthur Andersen's real estate capital markets consulting group where he advised public and private sector clients of the firm. Mr. Kristol also directed real estate acquisitions for the municipal capital fund of Zephyr Management, a global private equity fund manager. Adam's primary responsibilities include financial analysis and underwriting of investment properties.

    

Daniel Gottlieb

Marketing Coordinator

Daniel oversees all aspects of the marketing process including graphic design, creative production, photography, and compilation of marketing and branding materials for the Hunter-Kristol team. He has many years of experience in graphics and marketing design for marketing collateral, web design, production layout and branding for various national companies. Daniel holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Anthropology from the University of Florida.

    

Elijah P. Meyer

Graphic Designer

Elijah supports the marketing team by overseeing the graphic design of print and web materials for the Hunter-Kristol team. He has many years of experience designing quality marketing collateral for numerous FORTUNE 500 companies and charities. Mr. Meyer is a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design. His interests include music, art, cooking, travel, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

    

Melanie Libou

Executive Administrator

Melanie is primarily responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Hunter Kristol Group. Her duties include conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. In addition, Ms. Libou coordinates the executive calendars and arranges business travel for Evan P. Kristol and Still Hunter, III.
